Only one sensor is needed if you position yourself properly. Enter a room with only 1 entrance and put the sensor by the entrance (stay a bit away from it). The ghost will need to get through the sensor on its way in or out of the room if it ever comes to you
There are a total of 3 ghosts that can come to a player away from their favorite room without an event: The banshee, the phantom and the wraith. But they do it differently from each other. The banshee will roam to (walk towards) their target without generating an EMF reading; the phantom will also roam to (walk towards) a random player, but will generate an EMF 2 reading on the player's location; and the wraith will teleport to a random player + EMF 2/5. Then they all walk back to their favorite room shortly after.
Banshee and phantom are motion sensed coming to you and going back to their room. A wraith will only be motion sensed on their way back. allowing them to be identified from this. And Mare rhymes with care :D
