It would be nice to have the government changes only happen if there is a lot of revolutionary risk and for certain ideologies to be more likely to change to another one.

I love this mod but i have my issues with it. First of all i say that certain countries depending on the year and technology have a higher chance of changing governments like France changing into a republic at the time of the historical revolts. When playing 1500th century start date i found that too many countries within the HRE boarders changed governments too quickly at the start and if they changed to Democracy they'd almost never change back not to mention Waring on a friendly nation to "put back" the prior friendly monarchy that yours is related to for the RP you have but for them to change not only 1-3 years after. all im asking is that you add factors to where the government switch makes since for the area and date.

how do i start the mod?

i feel like its way too rare for the AI and your nation. but really the ai doent get it like at all anymore.

Nation barely gets the event while AI get it normally.
