Replaces the most annoying ambient sounds:

- those constantly repeating PA announcements and radio chatters
- that nerve-murdering car alarm
- the ringing phones
- police sirens

with much quieter, longer and less annoying sounds to limit their ability to drive us mad.

@Pilzquadrat thanks for the example! The phones are not muted, just quieter and with a less prominent EQ profile and some reverb. So the example you posted still works, you wouldn't miss it. It's just much less "in your face".

Can you also replace the police siren ambient noises? The sound mixing is so screwed in DK2 that the police sirens are louder than gunfire and voices.
