While the wheels dont love it you can add 2 more of the big electric engines and it will go a lot faster

Note that you don't need anything more than 1 of the bare minimum parts to make a controllable aircraft. 1 Electric Engine, 1 Air Turbine, a wing and a cockpit. For cockpits I like to go with the small glider one since it appears to have no drag and any high strength wing you have.

Air Turbine actually provides a varying degree of power much higher than the reported 0.3 on the stat sheet. At rest it generates nothing, but once your aircraft reaches ~700 speed a single Air Turbine generates above 1.0 power. Your basic electricity supply is sufficient for an electric engine to accelerate if you build micro-planes.
