I'm sorry but yes, that wasn't very clear.
Anyways, the script simply destroys the faction you've selected in MCT at the start of a new campaign and give their territory to their first starting enemy. It works the same way it would if you destroyed the faction yourself through war and conquest. Everything adjacent to that remains the same as in vanilla (i.e faction revival, victory objectives, end game crisis, ...etc).
Just start a new campaign with the mod and see for yourself.
What is your current issue with the mod ?
