I've always wanted to have a late-game mech that is finally useful. It's the ultimate companion for a solo-mechanitor run. It requires ultra-mechtech research to build. It isn't built to fight, but it also isn't weak. It's fast with built-in shielding, and it can jump away and drop smoke and foam.

"it isnt built to fight" is both 50% faster and does 50% more damage than a scyther

you can spawn a feral omni bot, by going to debug actions menu - spawn pawn - MechOmniBot.
use recruit on the omnibot. then set a mechinator to control it.
