Tested with Haste 1.5.b and it seems to work fine!

Do note that with the multiplayer update Landfall added a ping button which uses the same keybind as this mod. But you can simply rebind your Look Behind or Ping While Running keys in the settings menu :)

So if you are looking behind you and you take damage with the item that rewinds time, when it puts you back you are facing the wrong way and die.
