Replacing as a general mechanic is probably going to stay, since my intent is to diversify the floor, so by just leaving the existing strong pages, those are going to always be picked over the new ones. And certain pages just generally have the same niche (MosB and Fell Bullet for example)
In terms of getting back light, might the the emotion level recovery? Keypage spends light, and is low on it, so neither effect triggers, and then gets it back to full from emotion level, so visually something should have activated.
Ignorant Call's description is indeed inaccurate, it's actual effect is the intended behaviour, the description will be fixed next patch.
