This mod includes:
Glendale 1993, Van Nuys 1996, Winnetka 1996, and North Hollywood 1997 content

In 1997, Larry Phillips Jr. and Emil Matasareanu would change US police methods and equipment forever, with a heist gone wrong at Branch 384 Bank of America in North Hollywood. This mod portrays that event, and events previous that led up to it.
