I fixed the issue; I had other Ib PMs installed and had to go into my game files to clear all of them out completely. thanks !

After checking on a separate device and account, she appears and works fine on my end. Please make sure you are specifically looking for "Ib" in icons or table search.

You should also check if you have the ragdolls ib_pm and ib_npc in the spawnlist
