Dynamic Combine Hunter Jumping Down

- Combine Hunters will now jump down from great heights if their target is on the lower ground
- This will prevent more situations where if they are spawned somewhere on a small high platform, they can't move at all.
- Disable their Long Fall Boots by typing "wblhunterjump_enable 0"
- Set the distance on how far they can jump down using "wblhunterjump_maxdist" (4000 default)
- Hunters are now more mobile and can live up to their name better

Try fighting The Combine faction now and see how it goes

- No, they have Long Fall Boots, not jetpacks. (and they are heavy)
- Although the arc goes higher for some reason when they jump off a very high place
