[VScript] Enable Leaker (but with extra goodies)

There are many mods on the workshop that enable the leaker, but here is my version. Once you start the game, a new config file is created in:

...\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\bench_leaker\settings.txt

You can set the following settings:

- chance (percentage): how often the leaker will replace a boomer (default: 10%)
- alert_horde (true or false): whether the leaker should alert a horde on death or not (default: true)
- alert_witches (true or false): whether the leaker should alert nearby witches on death or not (default: true)
witch_alert_radius (number, I think it's hammer units): the distance within which witches are alerted when the leaker dies, if alert_witches is set to true (default: 20000)
- set_on_fire (true or false): set leakers on fire, so you can better distinguish between them and boomers (default: true)
- spawn_ground_fire (true or false): when true, spawns fire particles on the ground after the leaker dies so you can better tell the area where you get hurt (default: true)
- spawn_explosion (true or false): when true, spawns a comically large explosion particle when the leaker dies (default: false)
- play_explosion_sound (true or false): when true, plays an explosion sound when the leaker dies (default: true)
