1.Have Bush as pres
2.Nominate him (Only in 2024)

How to unlock Cheney:
1.Have Bush country leader and Cheney as his VP
2.Win Civil War
3.Complete "Embrace the Isolation" (left focus)
4.Wait 35 days (must be after 20 january 2025!!!!)

How to unlock specific Vice president:
1.Cheney:
-Have Conservative influence over 40%
-Complete focus "Expand Patriot act"
-Complete focus "Unification Deal"
2.Kerry: Have Liberals influence over 30%
3.Gore: Have Liberals influence over 50%
How to Unlock Middle east expansion (Bush exclusive):
1.Have Bush inaugurated for fourth term
2.Do "American Diplomatic corps" focus
How to Inavde Asia and Europe:
1.Russia must annex whole europe and be at peace
2.China must win GAW and be at peace

-Iraq Doesn't Invade Kuwait
