Try saving using the bed. It is recommended to save this way to avoid bugs.

when i save and come back the car is always gone and i have buy it again I don't even get the option to get it unstuck it just despawns. is there a way to fix this or are cars just broken

U can come to the mechanic in front of the dealership, he has an option in case your vehicle gets stuck.

they need to make an option like 'i am stuck' but for vehicles . i lodged my veeper in the parking garage and it is stuck in the ramp

for the truck they need to remove the bed cover so i can use it to transport trash bags.
