Step 1

Find your own hud scripts folder (path: Team Fortress 2/tf/custom/"hud name/scripts"). Find file named "HudLayout.res" (name varies in different huds)

I used 7hud as example

Step 2

Find piece of code named "HudScope". If you cant find it, you are viewing wrong file.

under HudScope write this (while deleting anything under it):

{ "fieldName" "HudScope" "visible" "1" "enabled" "1" "wide" "640" "tall" "480" "alpha" "0" }

Everything should look like this:

Now, black frame should disappear instantly!

faq:
1. Can i get banned by VAC for using it?

No, vac ignores everything in "custom" folder.

2. Where i can get banned for using it?

Its bannable only in competitive.

3. Will valve patch it in next update?

I hope not...
