DX11 — lagging and stuttering, fps drops from 120 to 40 non-stop.
DX9 — stable 110+ fps, 130 on average, 100 is a minimum.
The game already looks old, and DX11 doesn't really change anything, it just adds anti-aliasing (without a direct comparison, I don't see any difference, maybe AO is slightly worse)
I'm playing on a 1440p monitor so I set the in-game resolution to 5120x2880 and that removed aliasing from the image so it looks the same as 1440p in DX11 and MSAA 8x.
GPU usage fluctuates around 60%, so if you have, for example, a RTX 4060, you can set the resolution to 4K and still have decent FPS.
