FEATURES : Private Military Contractors! Special Forces rework! Terrorists that are build able and create more terrorists anytime they kill another unit. BUSINESS SECTOR, AND TOURIST ATTRACTION now enabled.

PMCs Build Time is 1 Day, why you ask? Because they are military contractors and they are expensive. But they are ready to fight for you and have decent stats.

Terrorists are also quick to build but cheap to recruit. I used the partisans mechanic on this, but now you can build your own partisans. Enjoy your war of terror! Launch a caliphate to solidify domestic control but get hate from abroad.

-Child Soldiers - A reality in war, very quick and cheap to recruit and throw at your enemies. Found in African countries.

USA
-75th Rangers - Airborne unit with higher stats.
-US Mountain Division - Unit designed for close quarters and rough terrain,
-Combat Control/JTAC - Enhanced vision and improved stealth to spot enemies for air strikes.
-Green Berets - Now can lay down bridges and are engineers on top of the normal special ops abilities, designed for rough terrain and close quarters.
-Seal Team - All around Operators, better at taking out naval craft.
-Delta Force - Everything the units above they can do better, they are tier one operators.
-Stealth Helicopter RAH-66 Comanche added


Russia/British/France/Germany/China
-Reworked Infantry unites with much more lethal Spetsnaz, SAS, Foreign. Added German KSK and Chinese PLA SOF.

Most Countries have either western or eastern block style units. Rebalanced all stats.
