Go Quiet! For Project ARES

Removes many voice lines from all base game units and Project ARES units. No more loudly announcing to the enemy that you´re RELOADING during stealth missions.

These sounds are muted:
- comms check / waiting for orders
- flashbang out
- all go-codes
- reloads
- no tangos
- clear
- gogogo
- defusing (unless it's actually a bomb - was often said when collecting evidence etc)
- on target (different voice lines on wait for clear waypoints)

REQUIRES PROJECT ARES, WILL CRASH WITHOUT IT.
ENABLE PROJECT ARES FIRST, THEN GO QUIET AFTER IT.
