You can play the game and unlock most of the achievements with Assist Mode which gives you more time, etc. However, some achievements will require classic mode but you can play first levels to unlock classic mode achievements. Being able to use assist mode means that you can unlock achievements as solo. Keyboard allows two players with split function and only one controller is enough for 2 more players, since you can split the controller too.

World Renowned Chef
Discover all locations/levels in the main games

• Unlock every level in Overcooked and Overcooked 2.

World Traveler
Complete the first level in all Worlds 1’s

• You have to complete Overcooked, Overcooked 2 and all of Extra Trimmings worlds' first level.

It's COLD
Keep a finished meal 30 seconds before serving it

• Simple as it is. You will get this achievement naturally but if you want that you can use levels that do not start the timer immediately.

Hot Pot Shot
Throw 100 ingredients into a cooking pot

• Self-explanatory.

Lettuce Begin
Complete Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2 tutorials

• Self-explanatory.

Fast Food
Complete 5 tickets in under 30 seconds in Classic Mode.

• You can do this without a problem in a level that does not start timer right away.

Clockwork Kitchen
Complete a level in Classic Mode by doing all the recipes in order.

• Again, it is a simple achievement and a better strategy for getting tips.

It’s Bean Emotional/b]
Use every emote

• Emote button should be "I" at default settings, try every emote and you will receive this achievement.

If You Can’t Stand the Heat
Extinguish a burning kitchen

• You can use fire extinguisher for this achievement. Extinguishing any fire will unlock the achievement.

This is Fine
Have 10 tiles on fire at a time

• Let the fire spread and do not extinguish until there are at least 10 tiles. Also, there are levels that will burn the kitchen. So, you will probably receive this achievement without even trying.

Calculated Risk
Save An Ingredient From Burning At the Last Possible Second

• Self-explanatory. Probably you will get this one naturally.

Clutz in the Kitchen
Respawn 10 times

• Probably, you will receive this achievement without trying but if you want that quickly, you can fall 10 times at levels that have water or space to unlock this quicker.

You’re a Real Pizza-work
Push someone off a level

• You can dash a player that is near water to make them fall.

It’s RAAW
Deliver a wrong dish 10 times

• Trying this achievement at the first levels would be better, since you would not have to wash dishes.

Bangers and Trash
Put 99 items in the bin

• Take the ingredients and throw them at the bin. Another easy achievement.

The All Seeing Fry-Cook
Play a level with 4 chefs wearing glasses

• You can see some costumes with glasses above. You have to finish the level to unlock the achievement.

Boxing Champion
Get 3 Stars in a level where each player is a Box Chef. Only available in Classic Mode.

• See the image above for costumes. You can try first levels for this achievement. I did it at level 1-1 at Overcooked 2, since it is really easy even as one person.

New World Order
Play a level with 4 Reptile Chefs

• Self-explanatory. See the image above for costumes. You have to finish the level to unlock this achievement.

They Suspect Nothing…
Play a level with 4 players, of which 3 are the same chef

• Self-explanatory. You have to finish the level to unlock this achievement.

Space Jelly
Throw and Catch an Ingredient between 4 Alien chefs 15 times without dropping it

• Pick a level with higher timer, since it can a bit longer than 2 minutes as one player. You have to finish the level to unlock this achievement. See the image above for costumes.

Food Critic
Throw 5 Tomatoes at another player

• Self-explanatory. Other player does not have to catch it.

Hero of Thyme
Complete Overcooked! and save the Onion Kingdom!

• Self-explanatory.

Can You Pet The Dog?
Pet Kevin in Overcooked!

• Self-explanatory. You can find Kevin at castle.

Back in my day…
Attempt to throw something in Overcooked!

• Self-explanatory, just use your throw button with an ingredient.

Kitchen Nightmares
Complete a kitchen in the Munch Mansion

• You will get it naturally while playing the campaign.

Out of this World
Complete a kitchen in Cosmic Canteen

• You will get it naturally while playing the campaign.

The Unbread
Complete Overcooked! 2 and save the Onion Kingdom…again

• Self-explanatory.

Can You Still Pet The Dog?
Pet Kevin in Overcooked! 2

• Self-explanatory. You can find Kevin at the castle.

Careful Driver
Run over Unbread 10 times

• Self-explanatory. You can do this at The Night of the Hangry Horde campaign, also.

Pop!
Complete a kitchen on a Balloon

• You will get it naturally while playing the campaign.

Get Berried
Complete a kitchen in the Mines

• You will get it naturally while playing the campaign.

Racoon Magic
Teleport as the Raccoon

• Select Raccoon and start a level with a teleporter mirror. See the image above for a level that you can do this achievement.

Something Fishy
Play as an Aquatic creature in a Sushi Level

• First level is a Sushi level. See the image above for the exemplary costumes. Also, you have to finish the level to unlock this achievement.

Monster Mash
Play Overcooked! 4-2, with a Werewolf, a Ghost and a Vampire Chef

• See the image above for the exemplary costumes. Also, you have to finish the level to unlock this achievement.

Infestation
Play Overcooked! 2-2, with 4 players all using the Rat chef

• See the image above for the costumes. Beware: The custom must be this one, you cannot choose mouse, it has to be rat. Also, you have to finish the level to unlock this achievement.

All You Can Eat
Complete The Ever Peckish Rises campaign

• Self-explanatory. Select this campaign and finish it.

Would You Like Fries With That?
Complete an Extra Trimming world

• Self-explanatory. Selecting and completing any campaign from Extra Trimming would be okay for this achievement.

Bear Picnic
Play a level from Campfire with 4 Bear Chefs

• Finish a level from Campfire Cook Off with four bear chefs. See the image above for related costumes. Also, you have to finish the level to unlock this achievement.

Rooting For You
Win a kitchen in Versus Mode

• You can do this solo, just using the keyboard.

Dinner Party Posse
Finish 15 kitchens in Arcade

• Same as achievement below.

It’s a Cook-Off!
Finish 15 games in Versus Mode

• You can do this achievement solo. Add another player and start the game, go afk, when the game finished start again for 15 times.

Fire Hazard
Use the Flamethrower to cook 20 items

• You can select Festive Seasoning map from coop-versus mode and then use flamethrower or do it at this DLC.
