as you will see I don't have the carbon blast drill achievement |(top left) despite having 6 blast miners mining carbon bricks - as this only works on level 12 (FYI)

just two assemblers will provide enough charges to run 6 blast miners and enough carbon bricks will then come from those miners to run fuel refining in assemblers (x 8) which in turn will comfortably run 4 crushers making pure diesel with 1 crusher recycling the crude. Feed all pure and impure onto level 14 and you will run about 24 plus pumps (I can run 28 just before they start to eat the fuel faster than I make it).
