This is a CV build for 2 purposes.
Firstly to bring a SV-miner to a high-G planet and after mining beng able to get off said planet.
Second purpose is to actually mine asteroids itself... "but sir, it has no laser drills?" you say... well, i have not used those on a CV after the Multiturret was updated to perform better than previously :) Sure it may take a little longer since one have to reposition during mining.. But i personally have no issue with using 3 minutes to mine an asteroid vs 2 minutes.

Add to the fact that it can salvage too.. and its a win in my book :)
