A 21 story 86m tall historic building from 1901 in New York City. Residential 360 workers at 90 percent quality.

No collision enabled so it can be placed on Triangle plot.

Added Streetlight Clock under monument.

This building was built by Bourgeois robber barons. Only rich people ever lived here. It is located off of Madison square and Broadway which is one of the wealthiest parts of New York City.
