Come "fly" with me!
Welcome to Wisher’s Flight School!

Do you want to be able to reach the other side of the Raid by “flying” across the platforms with all your Marvel Hero’s on your own? I hope this guide will help you to achieve this.

Kate:
Kate can get across the platforms with her intrinsic abilities or with a Teleport arrow, that can be activated in her skill tree at #2 Heroic under speciality. It is the middle option. With that arrow, she can not only teleport herself, but also other Hero’s who jump or walk into the purple haze it creates. Just go to the edge of the first platform and aim at the barrel like wall on the middle platform and press #2 Heroic. Then go the last platform, get on the box, and aim your #2 Heroic above the Quinjet on the other side.
To “fly” with her intrinsic abilities, you just need to press (not hold) the intrinsic button and run jump in the required direction. Press the intrinsic button again when you start losing altitude. Repeat until you reach your destination. But then you cannot teleport other players.

Black Widow:
Natasha can “fly” when power surge (#3 Heroic) is active. Jump from a box, press and hold melee. She will turn like a helicopter. After 3 turns, release melee and then hold it again for three turns. It’s easier to just do this from the last platform, and jump across the first ones, while someone opens up the first bridge. If you are the only player who can fly, you will have to fly to the first platform, open up the bridge and wait for your heroic to recharge, or use the ring of Nebuling to hopefully give you an Heroic orb. Or you can create Heroic orbs while killing enemies during invisibility if you activated that perk in her skill tree. You will most likely run out of power surge while waiting for the other players to get across the bridge you opened.
Thanks to Blockiest Frost, there is also another way that Natasha can “fly” when she doesn’t have her #3 Heroic available. Just stand close to the edge of the platform, run forward, jump, intrinsic, jump and grab the other side when grapple icon appears with jump. It takes some practice, but it works pretty well and also makes her move extremely fast when you master this movement.

Kamala:
Kamala’s “flight” is very similar to Black Widow’s. She can also “fly” like a helicopter with her #3 Heroic while embiggen. Jump from a box as high as you can, the moment she starts losing altitude press and hold melee for about 3 turns, release melee, and repeat. She is also able to fly without embiggen, but it is more difficult. Just jump off a box as high as you can, the moment she starts losing altitude you need to press intrinsic while holding melee for about three turns, release and repeat. Her intrinsic meter needs to be full and maximise intrinsic abilities and capacities in her skills tree. The secret lies in the time you hold the melee button. It takes practice to perfect it.

Hulk:
Climb on a box, jump 3 times in the same spot to gain altitude. On the third jump, run/jump forward when on maximum height. Just before he starts losing altitude, press melee fast and repeatedly (spam, do not hold). To get to the last platform, you can either use the wall, by jumping twice on the same spot, before jumping forward towards the wall, which is more difficult, or you can just climb on the box on the second last platform, and repeat the steps mentioned above to fly to the last platform.

Clint Barton (Hawkeye)
Clint is one of the easiest and best “flyers” from all the non-flyers. He is not depended on heroics or intrinsic abilities to “fly”. I even once “flew” back onto the top platform with him in the last Klaw fight, when Klaw dragged me off the platform into the town below! Jump from a box as high as you can, and start spamming intrinsic and melee repeatedly and alternately. On mouse and keyboard it would be Q, left mouse button, Q, left mouse button, repeat. It needs to be done very fast and not both at the same time. He will first shoot a few arrows, and turn in the air, and then he will start using his sword like a kind of “propeller” to propel him forward and keep his altitude.

Black Panther:
Black Panther needs an enemy on the other side to pounce upon. His “flight” is therefore a very long pounce jump. Please be aware if you are in a team and a player has a Black Panther in your team, not to kill all enemies on the other side, for him to pounce upon. Black Panther can then get on a box. Press target lock (default is C, but can be changed in the game settings under Keybind). Once you have locked onto a target on the other side, you will see the enemy target’s description and health. Double jump (somersault) and pounce (default holding F or hold heavy attack) and you will land on that enemy on the other side. Ensure that the enemy is not shielded or too close to the rail on the edge of the platform. The shield or rail can prevent you to reach your target and you will fall down. When you locked onto a target, you will be focused on that target, and wouldn’t be able to look left or right. To unlock, just press C again if needed. If the enemies on the other side is out of your reach, and there is a Kamala or Hulk in the team, you can ask them to catch an enemy and release him within your reach. Forge and I did it and it works like a charm.

Captain America:
Now we get to the Hero’s that is really difficult to “fly” with. Steve Rogers and Bucky needs a lot of practice to master the ability to “fly” between platforms. I recommend that you go to a Villain Sector in the Future wastelands. There you will find a rock pillar on your right when the mission starts. When you climb or jump on the rock pillar, you will see a tunnel with a rusted sign on top of it on your right, and on the right of it a small platform usually used to place fragments on. You can mark that small platform and aim for it, because when you can “fly” from that rock pillar to the small platform, you will also be able to fly across from the last platform on the left, to the end where the Quinjet is, in raid. It is more or less the same distance and height difference as from the box on the last platform on the left in raid.
With Captain Candy you climb on the box, double jump (somersault) and when you reach the highest altitude possible, you immediately start spamming intrinsic (Q) and heavy attack (F) at the same time. This requires speed and rhythm. You need to do it very fast and the delay between each press is extremely short but must be equal to achieve the correct rhythm. If the delay between the button spamming is not equal, or the button spamming is not fast enough, you will miss the beat, and fall down. If it makes you feel better: I don’t get it right all the time. In conclusion… practice the skill in the Future wasteland, until you master it, then “flying” in a raid will be a breeze, even with Steve Rogers.

Winter Soldier:
Your guess is right: I left the most difficult for last… Just like Steve, Bucky’s speed and rhythm of moves is extremely important. You need to practice a lot to get it right and it only works when you do everything correct. You need to repeat the following sequence: Heavy attack (F) interrupted immediately and very fast with intrinsic (Q), followed by double tap melee (Left Mouse button), wait for him to finish 2 turns, press intrinsic (Q) and repeat from the start. You do this, until you see the icon on the other side indicating that you can use your hook, and then you press jump (space bar) to hook on to the other side and pull yourself up. And voila! Winter Soldier “flew”!
