Difficulty levels beyond Expert without HUD

Originally my idea was to remove the HUD and make the HUD its own addon, but whenever the HUD addon was enabled, the script of the custom difficulty levels got disabled. In other words, they were not really compatible. Because I am too lazy to find a proper solution, I made this. It is the same as the other addon but without the HUD.
