Except for the "Who am I" achievement, all the other achievements will be unlocked naturally as you progress through the game, after you beat each chapter.

For the "Who am I" achievement, simple load up the second map, kill the marked target, then switch between his out and yours 15 times, by rapidly hitting "2". Achievement will unlock shortly, have fun!
