2007 Inspired No Mercy Aesthetic (Old Version)

Ever dream of having the same sky, fog, and skyline seen in the footage from World Cyber Games 2007? Thanks to Ceno's skybox vmts, fog data, and color corrected skyline that they very kindly shared with me, you won't have to dream any longer!

Not sure if this mod has to be loaded before or after the required mods, so if something is off that may be the problem. If it is a problem, just use MrFunreal's guide to mess with the load order. Like I said, not sure if this is the case but better to put this here than to have people asking me how to do it LOL.
