Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and add soft butter. A crumb should form.

Now the yolk. if the dough is too dry, add a little water or milk.

Roll the finished dough into a ball, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Do not forget to make holes so that the dough does not rise, we distribute it according to the shape.

For gloss, you can lubricate the sides with egg yolk. Using baking paper, dip the beans or peas into the pan and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. This is necessary so that the form does not fall apart.

After 15 minutes, remove the beans and paper, and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked!

Bake at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes and be sure to let cool completely! To decorate the top, use ground cinnamon, the main thing is not to overdo it.
