Yin/Yang Passive Infinite Range Fix

The Cathayan Yin and Yang passive spell abilities (Strength of Yang, and, Power of Yin) were one of 3 spell passives in the game that weren't given infinite range, the third being Killing Fire from the lore of Hashut. Considering Killing Fire is a mini-mortis engine effect it being short but powerful is an appropriate balancing choice.

The Yin and Yang passives however, whilst slightly better than other lore passives, are nowhere near as powerful as to limit their range (to the same degree), and as such this mod gives them infinite range just like nearly every other passive.

-"Does this not make these lores, and inturn Cathay, more powerful?"

Only technically, these passives barely make a difference, and if this 'fix' would make it to base game I'd still never actually pay for them in multiplayer.

-"How can you call this a 'fix' if it's intentional balance of the passive?"

Well it's bad balance is why, only a few lore passives in the game are worth their price, having these two lores have ever so slightly better passives than the rest is not particularly consequential, especially since I think they're both kinda ass.

-"Couldn't you find higher quality icons for the thumbnail of the mod?"

That would've taken longer to find than it took me to make and upload the mod so no.
