Updates Syura's sprites to look a bit better (in my opinion) and improves her alternate colors.

Accessories are unchanged, but should still all be useable (unless I decide to make a custom costume later on)
Xmas alt. color is only a palette swap for now, I will get around to adding the extra details some time in the future
