Things not in the resource pack helper (please update!)

A template of files replaceable in resource packs but can't be found in the in-game resource pack helper (as of 4.2.0). There are some important files, like the other zone's wall spikes, Miku's armor, and bunch of misc vs mode and editor sprites.

NOTE: I know some of the files are either unused or broken, so make sure to test that a file can be replaced before making a sprite for it

ALSO: This isn't everything the helper misses, but it's everything you can't find by just looking in the game's folders. To find those, go to your game folder and then check in "data".
