Requesting a Refund Within the Steam Client

STEP 1
- Navigate to the upper-right corner of the screen where your username is displayed and click on your username
STEP 2
- In the dropdown menu, click "Account details: [YOUR NAME]"
STEP 3
- On your Account Details page, click "View purchase history"
STEP 4
- Find Killing Floor 3 in your purchase history and click it
STEP 5
- On your Purchase Details page, click "I would like a refund"
STEP 6
- On the refund request page, select which payment method you want the purchase refunded to. You can also select a reason for your refund, if you wish.
- Steam generally only refunds purchases if they have less than 2 hours total playtime and all that jazz.
- Click "Submit request" once you're finished. Steam will review the request and should get back to you shortly.
