Her upbeat music is in stark contrast to the depressing and twisted world of CONCLUSE. Carolyn is the biggest pop star in the world, spreading happiness to the masses, like a modern angel. Her music is inspired by some of the biggest pop acts in the world, with a focus on fast and fun pop music. Most of the tracks were composed by Songiva Music, and written and performed by Gulsah Brett.

For the full experience of CONCLUSE 2, players should to try listening to these albums as they make their way through the game. The pop music albums (TIME2MOVEON / KING OF THE NIGHT / ENDLESS LOVE) are intended to create the atmosphere of the early 2000’s, where pop music was more prolific, to contrast with CONCLUSE’s darker themes, and create a more rounded experience.

What is Lament?

Lament is a 5-person Pop group comprised of alternative-world versions of the main characters from CONCLUSE 2. They are from a different universe that is somehow connected to the main world of CONCLUSE 2. The members of the pop group are Michael (The Ghost), Chickenhead (DELACROSS), Hope (Leader Looi), Abby (Rachel Lee), and Kara (Michael’s sister). Recently, in the post-release content there is a new member, The Prince (YOUNG iLL).


Each character performs their songs in a different language, and sometimes they feature on each other’s tracks, singing in different language with each other. As you are playing CONCLUSE 2, their “music videos” from the ‘Lament Cypher Ritual’ start to unlock, and you can get a glimpse into their world.

What is Lament Cypher Ritual?

In CONCLUSE 2, The characters in Lament are performing the Lament Cypher Ritual on the roof of the Edison hotel in another world. As the ritual begins, they gather together and bare their wrists to the sky, and one at a time each is chosen to ascend and express themselves. The connection between music and the lament ritual is still unclear, as is the “reward” for completing such a ritual.

How is LAMENT connected to CONCLUSE 2?

Upon reaching the end of CONCLUSE 2, the world of Lament and the world of CONCLUSE 2 collide.

III. POST RELEASE SOUNDTRACKS

The idea for the post release soundtracks is that the characters from the game continue producing music in real time, with new releases each month, creating the feeling that the game is bleeding into real life. These soundtracks feature tracks that will be included in the next iteration of CONCLUSE, and also reflect the future storyline, giving some clues on where the narrative is headed.
