Office Building 'Olajos'

描述
The real Olajos Irodaház is an office builing located in Szeged, Hungary, at the corner of Mérey street and Tisza Lajos boulevard.
This 12-storey building was built at the end of the 60s because of the booming of oil industry in the region. Today, the condition of the building has deteriorated.
This building gave me the idea for my project. It is not an exact copy of the real one, but it is similar.

Is this one of those office buildings that are set up to "produce" money, or does it just function as an ordinary city hall?
