Squad Composition Guide – The "In-and-Out" Team
Greetings, Operators.

As a commander of the Black One, time is your most valuable resource. Starting with a pre-made squad will get you into the action quickly, but as your missions become more complex, you'll want a unit tailored to your strategies. Here’s how to build a versatile and highly effective team for early operations.

Difficulty: Beginner – Early Missions

Your approach will depend on your playstyle and mission parameters. However, if you’re looking for efficiency and precision, consider the "In-and-Out" squad—designed for rapid execution with no wasted movement.

Squad Composition: Balanced & Efficient

2 Assault – The backbone of direct engagements, built for impact.
2 Breachers – Specialists in breaking through locked doors and reinforced access points.
2 Snipers – Precision shooters providing long-range overwatch.
1 Medic – Equipped with a Medic bag to stabilize wounded operators. Minor injuries? They keep moving.
1 Recon – Eyes and ears of the team, spotting hostiles and relaying intel.
1 Demolition Specialist – Bomb disposal and controlled demolition to turn the tide in your favor.
1 Tech Specialist – Neutralizes electronic systems (cameras, jammers) and accelerates data transfers. Ensure they’re properly equipped.

Gear & Loadout Essentials

Travel light. Overloaded operators won’t reposition fast in combat. Stick to the essentials—you can always scavenge weapons and gear from fallen enemies.

Kits unlock abilities. Without a Drone, First Aid Kit, UAV Kit, or Heartbeat Sensor, critical mission elements could be compromised. Ensure your squad is properly outfitted.

Once you’ve mastered the basics, tweak each operator’s skills to match your playstyle. Dive into customization, refine your tactics, and craft the perfect squad.

And if your unit has a compelling backstory, let us know—if it’s not too real, we might share it on our social channels.

Good luck, Commander.
