This is Coterminus' XM29 O.I.C.W. Based on the 1999 "XM29 Objective Individual Combat Weapon" developed by Alliant Techsystems, with Heckler & Koch.




    Features:
  • Viewmodel & worldmodel from Coterminus' AR2;
  • Items/ammo worldmodels;
  • Enhanced, redone & improved materials/textures, new phong, normal and specular maps;
  • Audio & sounds ported from Coterminus' AR2;
  • Resource/icons;


    Credits:

    To those experiencing issues, here's a quick fix:
  • Go to your \steamapps\workshop\content\220\3425091933;

  • Using a VPK file-reader, such as GCFscape, load the workshop_dir.vpk file found in the previous folder into the program;

  • Extract the root folder and paste it in your \steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom. Rename the folder as you wish.

  • (Optional/Recommended) Be sure uninstall this modification in the workshop first, as to not cause any conflicting overwriting files;

  • Load up Half-Life 2. Enjoy!

i have been using this one for a while, but suddenly the viewmodel stopped working after i subscribed a few other mods, i tried removing every mod, then only this one subscribed, its still broken

it's still missing it's worldmodel and it also bugs the emplacement gun sounds even after the vpk is extracted

@matthewwwww Would it kill for you to read the description?Type shi. If the mod didn't work for you, it's because you have to extract the vpk. Duh. Stop complaining.

The animations are broken, i put it in custom. It looks like the weapon switch and reload animations are swapped.

It removes emplacement gun's sound (THe AR1 sound has missing audio in console), muzzle flash doesn't appear, neither do ammo pick-ups.
