Xenon Sector Portraits Updated to v3.14.15

Updated version of the Xenon Sector portraits by Di Crash (ONLY PORTRAITS, NOTHING ELSE). Functionality this mod has been confirmed on Stellaris v3.14.15. This mod should function on all Stellaris versions from v3.8 onward until an update revamps how portraits are coded. (The version v3.8 corresponding with the release of Galactic Paragons DLC)

Changes from the previous version by Di Crash:
- Updated to function on Stellaris v3.14.15.
- Categorized the portraits under vanilla categories of Machine, Synthetic, and Cybernetic.
- Removed all other parts of the mod, only retaining the portrait graphics and necessary text files.
