Give Empty to Rangers

Not complicated or Original, I just wanted my Assault Rangers to not have a Primary like the Pointmen from The First Door Kickers.
Gives the 'Empty' Weapon to the Rangers :p

To Clarify it doesn't remove Primaries from the Rangers, Just adds the Empty Option like the CIA have.

Will work fine in multiplayer, it doesn't add any New Weapons merely reuses the CIA's Empty Primary
