Introduction
A lot of the achievements for this game can be earned in just a couple of hours by joining random lobbies and just going for them, for better or worse. I would say most of the achievements do not require actual skill and just need timing or patience more than anything else. Snake Grand Master requires the most skill of any on the list, but even that one can be made a bit easier.
Lobby Types and Lobby Settings
Single Player Lobbies*
Several achievements can be earned easily by creating a lobby and readying up without any other players (i.e. a single player game). I think this was meant as a way to explore maps, but you can earn achievements in this exploration mode. I've denoted achievements that you can earn this way with an asterisk, and reiterated it for achievements which are notably easier this way.

Joining Random Lobbies
You can earn a lot of achievements by just joining random online lobbies. I personally preferred muting the game audio and just earning achievements, which I would recommend based on the average quality of the people most lobbies (I definitely recommend deafening for any NSFW roleplay lobbies). You can even join lobbies in other languages this way. Just make sure to avoid any lobbies labeled as "serious." It works out since the vast majority of achievements do not require you to play the game "as intended;" you just have to acknowledge that you will probably get fired at some point for being silent and/or not attending meetings.

Light Achievement Lobbies
You can host a lobby that will help you with achievements while still making it fair enough for other players to enjoy. Below are the most important settings to check or change when hosting. Unfortunately, you can't save presets. The game does remember most selected settings in the same play session, but will not remember any of the settings under "Tasks." You can also click the drop down menu on a player to make them the manager, ensuring that you do or don't get manager depending on what achievements you're trying to get.

Global Settings
Sprinting: Enabled
Locked Doors Amount: 1 (keeps pathways open for tasking)

Roles
Slacker Amount: 50-60%
Meeting Duration: 1:30 (more time spent tasking)
Slacker task for specialists probability: 50-100%
Janitor Amount: 12

Tasks
You can turn off some of the slacker tasks so that there is a higher probability of getting "The Fire Guy" task for the Firefighter achievement.

Dedicated Achievement Lobbies
If you can find even 1-2 other players who are looking to earn 100% of the achievements in the game, you can easily adjust the lobby settings to help you with whatever achievements you need. The only one that requires more than 3 players is "On a Roll!," so you can earn everything else by doing small achievement lobbies.

Turning on Sprinting, adjusting the timers regarding meetings, adjusting the percentage of Slacker tasks for Specialists, and turning off tasks are the most helpful in these lobbies. As noted later, you can turn off all but three Slacker tasks to allow each Slacker to set a fire every minute or so, and you can have all non-Manager players be Slackers if you select the right settings.

Notes on Lobby Settings
  • In lobbies with less than four players, the countdown until the Manager gets fired resets when it reaches 0:00.
  • If all but one task is turned off for a certain role, they will get one instance of that task at a time (like the Janitor).
  • If all non-Manager players are either Specialists or Slackers at the start of the game, the game will end when anyone is fired, including the Manager.
  • Specialists still have at least 50% blue tasks regardless of how high the percentage of "Slacker tasks for Specialists" is set.
  • Voting to replace the Manager doesn't work if all other players are Slackers.
  • The productivity percentage per task is very sensitive. For instance, if you want Slackers to win off of tasks in 10-15 minutes in a dedicated achievement lobby, the percentage should only be 5-6%.
  • You cannot earn money for cosmetics in games with less than 5 players.
Cumulative Achievements
These achievements require you to do something a certain number of times across any number of games. They are sorted from rarest to most common as of time of writing.

Firefighter
Extinguish 50 fires. This one is one of the hardest in the game for good reason, as Slackers are often caught for starting fires. Aside from wandering the office when you have no tasks to watch for fires, I recommend putting out any fires you can start as a Slacker, even if it gets you fired, as they are just that rare. Hosting light achievement lobbies can really help with this one. In a dedicated achievement lobby, you can turn off all but three slacker tasks so that each slacker gets to set a fire every minute or so. You can have 100% slackers, no specialists, as long as no one gets voted out (it helps to max out the time before the manager gets fired, which is 20 minutes).

Minesweeper Grand Master*
Win 100 Minesweeper games. I recommend doing this in a single player game if you are not as comfortable with Minesweeper; otherwise, you can do this in normal games. I have a separate section in this guide about how this version of Minesweeper works, and just generally how to play Minesweeper. This takes time and patience more than anything else.

Slacker of the Month
Complete a total of 500 tasks with red or black designation. You can make progress by completing a lot of tasks as a Specialist, since Specialists can receive red Slacker tasks, and as such, you don't have to rely on getting games as a Slacker. Completing a lot of tasks as a Slacker while faking more legitimate tasks is always a viable option, though. Hosting light achievement lobbies can really help with this one. In a dedicated achievement lobby, you can have 100% slackers with no specialists as long as no one gets voted out (it helps to max out the time before the manager gets fired, which is 20 minutes). This means everyone but the manager can slack off to their heart's content until the game ends, and then you can rotate who gets manager.

Repairman
Update the firmware of 100 cameras. The easiest way to get this one is to take the time to update the firmware on any cameras you pass by while completing other tasks until you have done it 100 times. It's quick to do, especially if you aren't holding anything. You can update the firmware every 30 seconds, so you can even do it multiple times while in the same room if you stay there awhile (such as the kitchen for other achievements).

Burp!*
Drink 100 beers. You can do this more intermittently, or the fun way, which is just grabbing beers out of the fridge, drinking them as fast as possible, and throwing them in the trash (the fridge will run out if you just dump them all on the floor). The looks and comments you get for doing this in an actual game are great, especially if you just pile the bottles on the floor.

Employee of the Month
Complete a total of 500 tasks with a blue designation. Trash tasks as a Janitor count. Joining random lobbies works well for this one. As long as you know what the requirements are, you can complete tasks while a meeting is about to start or is in progress.

Smoker's Cough*
Smoke 100 cigarettes. You can literally take 100 puffs of the same cigarette, so this is actually fairly easy and definitely the quickest cumulative achievement.
One Time Achievements
These achievements are for doing something one time, sorted from rarest to easiest as of time of posting.

Virtual Cats Addict*
Watch MeowTube for 10 minutes straight. Not only can you earn this from a single player lobby, this is also much easier than it sounds. You basically just have to start MeowTube and then be sitting at your computer at the 10 minute mark; you can get up and go do something else in the meantime. Server outages and viruses do not stop any actions on computers; instead, they just prevent the player from seeing them, and as such server outages and viruses do not reset the 10 minute timer. However, the servers must be connected and your computer must be free of viruses at the 10 minute mark for this achievement to count.

The Crazy Colleague*
Wave in the kitchen, alone, with the speaker on. Fairly simple, just worded strangely. You should be able to earn this in a single player lobby. Just follow these steps:
  • Play one of the CDs on the boombox.
  • Update the firmware of the camera (if it's not already blinking green).
  • Face the camera and use G to wave at the camera when no other players are in the Kitchen (you may have to be standing close to the boombox; this has not been confirmed).

Snake Grand Master*
Get a score over 60 at Snake. I highly recommend earning this in a single player lobby, especially if you are not skilled at Snake. I have a separate section later in the guide covering tips and tricks for Snake. Otherwise, you will be dealing with server outages, viruses, and popup messages that can ruin your run.

Dance Dance Dale & Dawson*
Dance for 3 minutes straight in one game. Honestly, just use G to dance at the start of a match where you are a Specialist and don't touch any buttons until you earn this one.

On a Roll!
As a Manager, fire 4 slackers in a row. In the current patch, you MUST be the lobby host to earn this achievement. This is most feasible in a dedicated achievement lobby. You need 6+ players to earn this (1 Manager, 1 Specialist, 4 Slackers).

Sticky Bandits*
Place 15 sticky notes in one game. The easiest way to earn this one is to place one sticky note, grab it, place it again, then rinse and repeat until you've placed the same sticky note 15 times.

Sowing the Seeds of Doubt
Email the manager from another player's PC. Pretty simple, just hop on any PC that's not yours and send an email to the manager. The hardest part is knowing the name of the manager.

The Traitor
Win as a Slacker Assistant. In the current patch, you MUST be the lobby host to earn this achievement. This one is pretty tricky to earn outside of a dedicated achievement lobby, but otherwise you just have to get good at pretending to be a Specialist and lay it on real thick to the manager so you get promoted.

Don't Mind Me
Refill the toilet paper whilst a player is taking a dump. This works by refilling the toilet paper as soon as you can after another player has finished taking a dump.

Changed my Mind
Be demoted from Assistant. Basically, if you become the assistant, be mean to the manager or purposefully slack off. Sometimes just asking works.

This will go to HR
Get fired as a Manager. The easiest way to do this is to let the timer to fire someone run out, since you get fired if you don't fire someone. You can also host a lobby and enable firing the manager, toggle yourself as the manager, and then be a terrible manager so people vote to replace you.

Crossed*
Drink a beer, smoke a cigarette, and drink a cup of coffee within one minute. The easiest way to do this is to grab a coffee mug, drop it in the Kitchen, and then take a pack of cigarettes to the kitchen as well. It's easiest to start with the cigarette since it can get lost most easily, but from there you can grab a beer from the fridge or drink a cup of coffee, as long as you do all three in quick succession.

IT Guy*
Turn on another player's antivirus that had been turned OFF. You can literally go to any other player's computer and turn the antivirus off then back on again.

Pam, is that You?*
Sit in the secretary's seat on the Stanton Map (pictured below). I recommend this in a single player game, mainly because the game has a habit of crashing when this map is selected in the current patch.

I'm the Boss NOW
Drink coffee out of your Boss' mug without being the boss. Just beeline it for the manager's office at the start of a game, grab their mug, and run to the kitchen so you can fill it with coffee to drink.

Who Poisoned Me?*
Take a dump 5 times in the same game. Just use the option to take a dump five times in a row, really easy.

Trust Issues
Fire your own assistant. You can either just fire whoever you promoted to be your assistant, or, more kindly, you can promote a player you think is the slacker and then fire them.

World's Best Janitor
As a Janitor, get promoted to Assistant. You can honestly just ask the Manager nicely. Otherwise, you can focus on trying to find a Slacker, and getting a Slacker fired may warrant the Manager to promote you.

Who Did This?
Enable the servers after disabling them. As a Slacker, you can only disable the servers when you get the "Bandwidth Bandit" task, which can be somewhat rare. Although it could get you fired, you should just disable the servers and fix them right away when you get this task.

Risky Virus
Infect the Manager's computer. Basically, at any point you receive the "Malware Mischief" task as a Slacker, you can create an infected floppy disk, and then use it on the Manager's computer. I personally did this in front of the Manager and a couple other employees and got fired immediately. I have no regrets.
One Time Achievements (Continued)
Picasso from the Office*
Hang a drawing on the display board. From the start menu of your computer, you can find the "paint" application. Just squiggle something, print it out, grab it from the printer, and hang it on the cork board/bulletin board. Fairly simple.

Risky Note
Place a sticky note on the back of the Manager. This is fairly simple and probably won't even get you fired, as long as you don't write anything offensive on it (note can be left blank).

UGH Dammit JIM*
Jelly another player's stapler on the Stanton map. You can earn this in a single player game by jellying your own stapler in the Manager's office.

No Witnesses*
Update a camera while the CCTV is in use. Just turn on the CCTV from the computer in the Manager's office and then go update the firmware of a camera.

Keep on Slacking
Win a game as a Slacker. Just pretend to care about finding the Slacker and pretend to be doing real tasks.

YOU'RE FIRED
Fire another player. Just keep playing until you get Manager and fire someone.

Janitor
Become the Janitor. Unless the lobby is running multiple Janitors, you have to be the first one voted out. You can just ask, or act very suspiciously in front of the Manager, HR Rep, or Assistant. Being silent also works pretty well.

Number Two
Get promoted to the Assistant. Honestly, just asking can work. Otherwise, work to identify a slacker.

Popular
Receive a phone call. You can always find another player's phone and use their phone to call yourself.

Pack Your Things
Get fired. This is inevitable if you play the game.

Getting Productive
Complete all your tasks. Complete a set of three tasks as a Specialist or Slacker. All but guaranteed.
Snake Tips
The version of Snake in this game is very rudimentary, and a bit confusing to get used to. You must guide the dark gray set of squares to the red dot without hitting an edge or another dark gray dot.

Controls:
WASD - move snake
Left Click - restart

Tips:
  • The outermost edge goes outside the medium gray square, which takes getting used to.
  • This version does not respond well to quick inputs in different directions (such as to turn around), so using more space to turn around or change direction is recommended.
  • You can do whatever you want until about the 25-30 point mark. After that, you have to start making larger loops to reach the red dot, wherever it is.
  • You must resist the urge to turn in on yourself, especially when your score is upwards of 40-50, as sometimes you can get stuck and screw yourself.
  • The common movement in the last 15-20 points is to just make large, square movements to circle around to the dot.
  • If you are in a multiplayer game, you can still make movements during a power outage. If you can remember where you're at, you can potentially save yourself from losing. If you are in a single player game, you will have to reset the servers and try again.

MineSweeper Tips
Basics
There are four mines placed in four random squares, and there are numerical indicators near each mine to help you identify their location. You win a game of MineSweeper when you have revealed every square without a mine. You lose if you click on a mine.

Controls
Left click - reveal square
Right click - flag square as a mine
Click on top center square - reset game

What the numbers mean
Each number you reveal on the board tells you how many mines are within one square of that square, which in a game with four mines will almost always be 1, 2, or 3. You have to look at each number individually to help determine which squares on the board are safe, and which ones contain a mine.

Tips and Tricks
Especially in this version, the easiest way to play is to click on the board randomly until you reveal a safe pocket, such as the one pictured below, and then work from there. You will hit mines, which is just part of the game. Once you have revealed a safe pocket, it is easiest to start with protruding corners or squares near the edge of the board, and then work your way around from there. You have to look at squares one at a time to determine which other squares are or aren't safe. Sometimes you have to check several squares on the board to be able to make any progress. Please make sure you understand the logic statements below if you're not already familiar with MineSweeper, as these are fundamental to winning games. You may start to notice patterns, which should help you complete games faster. Resets are fairly quick if you hit a mine, and even full games should only take 10-15 seconds with some practice. Please note: you must reveal every non-mine square for a win to count.

Sample Game
  1. D2 and C3 can be flagged as mines, since they are the only squares adjacent to E3 and D4.
  2. C2 can be revealed since there are already 2 mines adjacent to D3.
  3. D1 can be flagged as a mine because there are only 2 unrevealed squares adjacent to E2/E1.
  4. B3/B4/B5 can be revealed since there is already a mine adjacent to C4.
  5. B6 can be flagged as a mine because all other squares adjacent to C6 have been revealed.
  6. All remaining non-flagged squares can be revealed because all four mines have been flagged.

Logic statements in Minesweeper:
-If the number of non-revealed squares adjacent to a square is equal to a square's number, then every non-revealed square contains a mine (1, 3, and 5 in sample).
-If there are a number of flagged mines adjacent to a square equal to the number on that square, then any non-revealed squares adjacent to that square can be revealed (2 and 4 in sample)
-If all four mines have been flagged, all non-flagged squares can be revealed (6 in sample)
-If the number of non-revealed squares adjacent to a square is greater than the square's number, you should look at another numbered square to eliminate one or more of the non-revealed squares.

Video Explanation
This video also does a good job explaining MineSweeper. The main difference is that it talks about there being 10 mines when the version in DDSS only has 4.

Conclusion
Dale & Dawson is a fun game since it allows you to play around in an office setting however you want and get away with whatever the other players are willing to put up with. I hope you have found this guide to be helpful. If you have any additional questions or comments about the guide, feel free to leave them below. Have fun terrorizing the office as you work towards the game's many achievements!
