Intro

There are spots for chests in each map. It is really tough to find them. I am sure this guide will help you to close the achievement or to learn the locations. Although it seems to me that there are some places which i haven't found.

Sometimes the chest on this map will spawn in the wall

worst map for finding chests imho

Conclusion

As the game is newly released, the spawn rates and locations of chests may change over time. I will try to update this guide as new information becomes available if it will be needed. You can send me your locations and i will add them to the guide.

One more chest location for Island Observatory map. Pretty annoying, don't think you can get without certain characters.

Seconded the chests not spawning on Boss waves, cracked out 4 boss waves in the last 24 hours, 2 of them being on Royal Coliseum with friends, and we could not find a chest, it's very small map so I do not believe we could possibly miss it.

Some chests can only be collected by Max, Bear or Sniper with a wrench

We've had two boss waves where we weren't able to find a chest, including Royal Coliseum which is tiny. General consensus is that chests don't spawn on boss levels.
