Castle window screens

Here's a small mod with a couple of screens for castle windows: they let in the light but keep out the wind and rain.

Early medieval castles often used screens of flattened horn or waxed linen over the windows rather than glass, as they were cheaper alternatives and easier to replace or repair. Of course, this was for those windows placed high up in a keep or tower, not on the lower levels where defenders would be at risk. Also, in some windows in churches or monastic buildings and civil buildings (inns, for example) before the use of glass became affordable and more common. I have heard them refered to as fenestrals: window coverings made from horn or weatherproofed-linen.
