I had the same bug but was able to install it by having whatever mats I needed and just clicking all 3 spots. However, after installing it, I can no longer install or move any of the technologies or mods in the Colossus. The mineral processing rig does work, though.

Had the same problem. Remove a refining mod gGame Fast Refiners 10x.
No joy on the Stellar Extractor tho.
