Well after you close the Magic Parkour tutorial popup, spam Select/Option/Tab to open the stats screen

Navigate yourself to "Magic"
and learn the ability "Flow"


Profit, frey can now actually jump and get past that wall so youre unstuck!

(Now for those that ask "isnt the flow thing a required tutorial step too?", indeed it is but if you somehow lagged hard on that specific tutorial the game wont even open the menu and thus you never actually learned the ability "Flow")
