由 Odd_Orchid 制作
You're up against the wall and I am the f*cking wall!

I call this build my "Diet Dozer" just because of how strong and tanky it is. If you want a build to give you that Payday power fantasy, then you will absolutely be delighted bulldozing every enemy in the game with this build. Prepare to mow down waves of enemies with ease!

Tested and verified to be Overkill viable!

Introduction
"Make way for the dozer!"

This build will guide you on how to be a nearly unstoppable helmet popping machine. Mow through waves of enemies with ease! Tested on the new changes to Overkill!
Skills
"Excessive force is my middle name!"

The point of these skills are to reduce the amount of damage you take.

Medic
  • Combat Medic: As long as you have GRIT, when you revive a downed teammate, you and your teammate gain 5 seconds of damage immunity!

Ammo Specialist
  • Scrounger: Due to the ammo pickup changes to Overkill (ammo pickup is now 50%; halved), Scrounger technically got a buff. That 10% to replenish a throwable is essentially doubled because of the amount of ammo boxes you'll be picking up on Overkill!

Throw your smokes whenever you can, especially around Dozers!

  • Plate Up: Plate Up is entirely optional. Repairs damaged (not broken) armor chunks when you pick up ammo. Has a 2 second cooldown.

I have Plate Up here as a safety net, but my friends have found through testing that Plate Up is not required if you can kill SWAT quick enough.

Mower
  • Replenish: With the new ammo pickup changes, Ammo Funnel isn't quite as overpowered as it used to be on Overkill. Replenish is enough on its own.

Whether you choose to have Ammo Funnel or not is up to you. I don't use it, especially since Ammo Funnel now actually puts that additional round into your magazine/tube fed firearms, which can mess up Combat Reload (Enforcer) if you happen to run over the pile of ammo boxes littered across the map.

Tank
  • Hardy: When one of your armor chunks breaks, gain 2 seconds of damage immunity.

Note: You could honestly swap Hardy out for Extra Plates or Armor Up depending on your preferences, but I highly recommend Hardy due to the new changes to Snipers.

Honestly, Tank Basic and Hardy aren't necessary in this build. I figured it would be useful for most heisters. If you don't want these two skills, you can put them in any other skills you prefer.

  • Clean Slate: Useful if you get hit by the new snipers too much. Use those ARKs for getting at least one chunk left if you don't have any armor bags with.

Important Note: Whether intentional or not, Medic Bag, Ammo Bag, and Armor Bag favors now have 4 charges instead of the previous 2!

Make sure to place an Armor Bag favor on every heist you join, if you can!

Demolitionist
  • Overcooked: Your throwable will explode on impact. Our throwable will be Smoke Grenades.

Enforcer
  • Combat Reload: Refreshes GRIT and EDGE when reloading with ammo in the magazine.

  • Shock & Awe: With the amount of SWAT spawns that can occur on Overkill now, especially with a full team of heisters, Shock & Awe is a really helpful utility for briefly reducing incoming damage. Thin that horde!

Tactician
  • Tactician Basic: Gain EDGE when you stun or stagger an enemy.

  • Tactician ACED: Your smoke grenade area of affect is increased by 20%.

  • Discombobulate: Enemies affected by your smoke grenade suffer a 40% damage debuff while in the smoke, and it has a duration of 5 seconds after they have escaped the smoke. Damage reduction is always good here.

Strategist
  • Combat Marking: As long as you have EDGE, you deal 20% extra damage to marked enemies.

  • Threat Assessment: As long as you have GRIT, you take 20% less damage from marked enemies.

  • Misdirect: As long as you have RUSH, you have a 20% chance of avoiding taking damage from marked enemies.

We have Death Knell (Assassin) on this build, so that's the reason why.

    Transporter
    • Power Lifter: You can carry up to two bags! A good utility to have while mowing down waves of SWAT units.

    Assassin
    • Death Knell: Enemies marked by your throwables are marked. We'll be using Smoke Grenades. This is useful for the last two skills in this build.

    • Assassin's Mettle: If you have one armor plate or less, killing a marked enemy with a suppressed weapon will heal you for 5 health, or 30 health if you are also below 75% of your max health. If you are already at max health, you will receive adrenaline.

The buff to Assassin's Mettle is insane! You can essentially survive off of your last plate, or no plates, as long as you can keep chaining those kills!

    • Killer Kinesthetics: Whenever you kill a marked enemy with a suppressed weapon, the nearest unmarked enemy within 10 meters of the target will become marked.

If you're on one plate left, you can chain those kills for as long as possible. Easier to do with Combat Marking (Strategist) on!
Equipment
"Beaten to a pulp, or riddled with hot lead?!? You don't get to choose!!!"

Primary Weapon: Rebel Tactics FSA-12G (FSA)
-
Attachments:
  • Ranged Barrel
  • Quick-Pull Mag
  • TQ Stock
  • 12G Obelisk Silencer (Important for Assassin skills)
  • Biofit Grip
  • Angled Ghost Grip

After the update to shotguns, the FSA became the best shotgun in the game and arguably the best weapon in the game with how fast it is to take out Dozers.

I think's it's roughly 3-4 close up shots to their visor to take down a Dozer. It one shots most, if not all, SWAT units in close range. You will be mowing down everything in your path. Just be a little more cautious around Dozers.

Primary Weapon Alternative: Reinfeld 880
-
Attachments:
  • Ranged Barrel
  • Biofit Fore-End (I don't actually know the difference in cycle speed, so I use the Biofit)
  • Fortified Stock
  • Tagged Iron Sight
  • 12G Obelisk Silencer

For those of you without the Syntax Error weapon pack, the Reinfeld 880 is a close second for the best shotgun in the game, in my opinion, especially after it's buffs. Reliable for clearing out SWAT, just be careful when taking out Dozers.

Honorable Mention: KU-59
-
Attachments:
  • Cylindric Silencer
  • None (Barrel)
  • Perforated Grip
  • Quick-Pull Mag
  • Padded Tube
  • Classic RDS
  • Quick Hold Grip

If you're having trouble with the new Snipers and need something for long range, I recommend the KU-59. Not as good for Dozers, but that's why we have our secondary weapons.

Secondary Weapons

-
It doesn't really matter what your secondary weapon is or what its attachments are as long your secondary has a silencer.

I currently use The Judge (Justicar), but I've used the Jackknife and the Deagle in the past.

If you don't have any DLC, you can use the Justicar, Stryk 7 (Glock), or the SP-11.

If you chose the KU-59, and don't have any DLC, the Justicar is the weapon you'll be using as your Dozer shredder. That firearm fires as fast as you can click. It's literally faster than the Jackknife. Not to say the Jackknife and Deagle aren't viable choices.

Deployables, OVERKILL Weapon, Armor Set, Throwables, and Tools
-
  • Armor Frame + Plates: Mercenary Frame; All Blue (Resistance) Plates

The Mercenary Frame has the unique ability of healing 3 points of trauma damage to your plates for every kill, this includes kills from your OVERKILL weapon. This is very obviously meant for blue plates, as a way to heal them without the use of other skills.

On top of this, the devs buffed blue plates to have a 60% damage reduction (from 25%).
This massive buff to blue plates is one of the reasons this build is so overpowered.

  • Deployable: Armor Bag

  • OVERKILL/Overskill Weapon: M135 Arges

This weapon is the second reason why this build is so overpowered. For those that don't know, you can increase your damage reduction up to 90% with the Arges minigun.

Now, this won't make you entirely invincible, but you will, in theory, have an 150% damage reduction to your plates.

My friends have been swarmed by the two to three Dozers that spawn on Overkill now and I've witnessed them tank all of those Dozers without losing a plate.

If you can, have an M135 Arges equipped as much as possible. It's especially helpful if you have every other player in a group bring the Arges as their OVERKILL weapon.

  • Throwable: Smoke Grenades

  • Tools: Trip Laser (unless it's Road Rage, then I'd recommend the Motion Sensor)
Play Style
"NOTHING can take ME down! I. AM. Atomic.
THE BULLDOZER!!!!!"

The new and improved Diet Dozer playstyle is made to allow you to be as aggressive as possible!

You can absolutely go in guns blazing, taking out waves of enemies, and not be as concerned about your armor. Remember, you aren't completely invincible, but you will feel like it.

Play Style Tips:
To put it short and sweet, kill as many SWAT as fast as possible.

  1. Use your smokes often because Scrounger has a greater chance of activating on Overkill (ammo pickup changes. Your teammates' kills will also be creating piles of ammo for you to run through.

The Justicar has the worst ammo pickup, but this is beneficial for Scrounger. You can unload a cylinder (5 rounds in the cylinder) and have an even greater chance of having Scrounger activate.

  2. Mark SWAT, Dozers especially, with your Smoke Nades. The only way to get the full benefits of the Smoke cloud, Combat Marking, Threat Assessment, Misdirect, and Discombobulate, is throwing your Smoke Nades into a crowd of SWAT.

If you have no smokes, or don't want to waste one on a special, manually mark special enemies. The exception to this is Dozers.

  3. Always throw smoke grenades on Dozers. Don't get too close because Dozers can still kick stun you.

  4. Call in the Arges OVERKILL weapon as soon as it's available. You'll want to be glued as much as possible to this weapon to benefit from the growing damage reduction you're receiving.

  5. The Assassin Skills are your last resort to keep you alive in the chance you're down to your last, or no, plate. Assassin's Mettle is insanely good.

  6. Keep your GRIT up with Combat Reload (Enforcer), so you can benefit from Combat Medic (Medic) when the situation arises.
That's basically it for the Diet Dozer play style. Now time for the obstacles that could make heisting excruciatingly painful!
Diet Dozer's Worst Nightmares
"THAT, was my SECOND FAVORITE VISOR!!"

Remember when I said you'd be nearly unstoppable? Well, these have the potential to stop you.

Snipers
With the new changes to Snipers, Snipers now shoot faster within 2 seconds of being in their line of sight (from the previous 7 seconds).

If you know where all the possible spawns are, you should be fine. Be a bit careful if you're not aware though.

Zappers
Kill Zappers on sight! I hate Zappers. It's not the Zapper themselves, per say, it's their shock mines.

I've stepped on so many of these things, especially on Cook Off where they're everywhere! Beware stepping on one of these little monsters. They will mess you up!

Cloakers
Just don't get blindsided by one. You are slow, especially when carrying the Arges!

Keep your eyes and ears open when you hear their crackling. Be mindful of the places Cloakers can spawn from, such as ඞ vents ඞ and elevators! The Jewelry Workshop in Dirty Ice, the server and physical evidence rooms in Houston Breakout, etc.

-
I spent way more time than I needed on these images.

Dozers
Pretty self-explanatory, yeah? You're the Diet Dozer and will absolutely get your guts rearranged by buckshot if you aren't careful around Dozers. Take them out in cover.
Thank you for reading my guide!
I hope it helps you succeed in more heists and gives you that "Payday power fantasy" that was very prevalent in Payday 2.

Extremely OP and fun build! Even without leveling the Arges, it performed amazingly. I swapped Assassin's Mettle for Enforcer ACE and replaced Justicar with Viper—effortlessly wiped out hundreds of cops. Smooth and satisfying gameplay 10/10 :steamhappy:

It's a "worse case scenario" thing. It's not necessary, but in the case you do get all your armor depleted.

This guide is more keeping in mind of the average Payday 3 player and what may be the most beneficial thing for them.

My friends and I are sweats at this game, so while it may not be necessary for people like us, it may be beneficial for people who aren't as sweaty as us.

Why do you use Assassin's Mettle with 4 plates if it works with 1 or less only? With such fat armor you'd probably never get your armor depleted

Plus more

I prefer all resistant 4 plate

With armor 2.0 I think Resistant - Resistant - Adaptive - Impact
