Golden Order Start

Changes the starting conditions for the Golden Order, automatically giving them the Temple of Elemental Winds and sets up trade routes with the Empire, Wissenland, and Marienburg, as well as giving Village of the Tigermen and Fu Hung to the Jiangshi Rebels (Vampire Counts faction) and starting a war with them.

His redone character select screen shows him fighting undead in Cathay, this is how the IE campaign should be set up in my opinion.

Idea came from the fact that it's difficult to play as an Order faction with a nomad start unless so specified (i.e. Nakai the Wanderer), and can handicap a potential AI ally on harder difficulties.
