Divergences of Darkness : Rework , it's probably the best total overhaul mod for Victoria 2. It's a totally different timeline and the amount of flavor and effort put into it is great.

This is from a pretty difficult playthrough where you can form Russia starting as the Hetmanate of Kiev - a vassal of the PLC - if you get lucky and some event chains turn out your way.
