Baro40k Talent Fixes [Notice]

This mod has been officially abandoned, do not expect updates, feel free to continue development, just be sure to credit me as your jumping off point

Fixes and Edits Some of talents in the baro40k mod which is required (duh)

NEW SUB-TREE ADDED
FOR GAURDSMEN, DOCTOR, AND ASSISTANT
Neophyte - aims to make the level scaling on par with the skitarii

Updates
-Neophyte Medic can now take "Field medic" from the gaurd tree as Gaurds were more effective than doctors with this talent
-Gave Primaris a 25% health bonus upped swim bonus to 75%
-Upped firstborn health bonus to 75% range spread on par with primaris
-Removed duplicated talents
-Dorn now gets a 175% repair speed bonus
-FIXED Archmagos artisan for real this time
-Fixed the Gaurdsmen Tree resistances to acutally give resistance instead of vulnerability
-Added conditionals for Neophyte damage bonuses to only apply on attacks rather than every frame
-Sanguinius' genefather tradition changed, removed immunity from red thirst, replaced with 50% resistance also applies to ash blindness
-fixed magos Basic Augmentations

Notable Fixes include
-Fixed Medic, Allowed class to craft Masterwork Items (moved to High technologies)
-Personal kohor applies to all crew instead of just Skitarii renamed to Biologis Discipline
-Dominus Blessing applies to all crew as well
-Archmagos Artisan now applies 2 levels to all crew instead of just the Magos
-Fixed Archmagos Artisan not being able to upgrade Astartes Weaponry oxygenite tanks or turret ammo.
-Sermon of Humility/The Emperor Protects now heals at double speed and also heals disruption
-Xenobiologist drop rates fixed to what is advertised

If you think this mod is causing issues, do not provide unproductive reports like "it crashes my game". that can mostly be attributed to Baro40k itself being massively bloated and riddled with errors. provide log errors related to this mod, and if i do not receive the same errors on my end than you're SOL
