I'm assuming you're refering to the change in distance between 20/16° and 30/16° being 1300 meters, and therefore 1 tick being 130 meters?
And you're right. In the example made the mistake of taking 73 hm as 730 meters and going from that.
Funny how that coincidentally lead to a more accurate estimate, since going from 28/16° to 30/16° is actually 175 meters.

But the vanilla realistic preset works for this table, too. If you use the extended periscope preset, this particular table here will not help you. In this case, may I refer you to the workshop description of Das Book for the correct periscope arrangement to use.
