VE-Day

VE-Day, a mod mostly focused on the balance between Axis and Allies
This mod changes several units costs, adds upgrades, changes unit stats, and adds units. If you want to know more about the changes simply go to it in the discussions. Also if you have any suggestion simply tell me them in the discussions, and i will think about adding them, and if you have found any bugs, please report them, so they can be fixed. Other than all of this have fun.

Installation:
Simply subscribe to the mod, then select the mod in custom game mode.

Balance changes:
So since the changes are so numerous, I will merely tell the best parts. So first off now Riflemen can now upgrade via infield whether it be with a BAR, Bazooka or whatever. Second, Conscript can now be upgraded with a single DP-28. And last but not least the Major can now finally call in a P-47 infantry strafing run.

Future plans:
In the future when more mod tools are added, I intend to add the IS-3, because it actually did see combat in WW2, and it would give the Soviets a counter to the KT. I also intend to the Pershing to USF due to the lack of US Heavy armor.
