I found out recently that if you get the yellow key, go through the yellow locked door, then head right to the next room, where theres originally 3 windows, if you break one of them than go through the window and stand on the railing of the platform infront of the railing in a specific spot, being above the window next to the front door, when the neighbor sees you from the front porch, he'll most likely try to jump through the window near the front door, and end up clipping into it. You can then proceed with the game normally as he is stuck.

I know this was a bad explanation but its the best I could do.
