What're the mod requirments?

@ Garandozó Teri : Even though it is mentioned in the credits, it does not mean that the Turan has been integrated into the current version of BTRH. It was maybe only planned.

In the latest (published) version that I found a few years ago on the "Cuban Missile Crisis" site (version v1.8), the Turan is still not added into the mod.
